How much does it cost to get a report
There will be a charge of $1 for each apartment sale which you choose to include
in your report with a minimum charge of $35 per report. Sales tax will be charged to New York State residents.

Creating a report is simple. First select the apartments you wish to include
from our database of all condo sales in Manhattan during the
last 5 years. Then purchase this report to get access to price and floor
plan information in a convenient PDF document (see sample).
Your report can then be downloaded multiple times for 1 month from the time of
purchase.
